Graduated from top-notch schools as well as a former employee from big companies such as KPMG, Rolls- Royce and The US Embassy, Ms. Phương impresses people not only with her working skills but also her intelligence by getting an “almost perfect” IELTS score of 8.5/9 (Listening:09.0, Speaking: 8.0, Reading: 9.0, Writing: 7.5) Additionally, she was 1 of the awardees to get a full scholarship under HRH The Prince Andrew, Duke of York, Scholarship programme.

Ms. Phương believes learning English is a daily process where the goal is not to be perfect, but to progress; to be understood when speaking and to be able to understand English when spoken naturally.
