2. Services offered

Clever Academy provides standardised test preparation and study-abroad advising, delivered as:

• One-to-one classes, tailored to your target score and schedule.
• Small-group and on-demand classes with flexible start dates.
• On-campus or online study, as agreed at enrolment.
• Mock tests, placement assessments and study-plan consultations.

3. Pricing & tuition

• Tuition is quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and includes value-added tax as required by law.
• For one-to-one classes, tuition is based on actual study hours: tuition = hourly rate × the number of hours agreed.
• Estimates shown by our online tools are indicative only. Final hours and tuition are confirmed after a free placement assessment and set out in writing before payment.
• Tuition includes the learning materials used in the course. Third-party charges (official test fees, school application fees and similar) are not part of tuition and are advised separately.
• Promotion codes and campaigns apply on the terms published on our Promotions page for the relevant period.

4. Payment methods

We accept cash at our campus cashier, bank transfer, domestic debit cards, and international debit and credit cards issued in Vietnam, as well as 0% instalment programmes offered with partner banks from time to time.

5. How a contract is formed

Every transaction on this website passes through a CONFIRMATION step. Until you confirm, you may change anything you have entered, or leave the page, without incurring any obligation.

1. Choose a service: a course, a seat deposit, or a tuition voucher.
2. Fill in your details and read the applicable conditions. You must tick the acknowledgement box yourself - it is never pre-ticked, and the form will not submit until you do.
3. Review your details on the confirmation screen; if anything is wrong, go back and correct it.
4. Pay using one of the methods listed in section 4.
5. Receive our confirmation: an email confirming the transaction with an order code or voucher code; for course enrolments, an adviser contacts you within 24 working hours.

The contract is formed when Clever Academy sends you that confirmation. Course enrolment is additionally recorded in an enrolment form setting out the rights and obligations of both sides. Transaction records are retained in our systems and reissued on your valid request.

6. Service delivery

Once your enrolment and payment are confirmed, we assign a teacher, agree your schedule and grant access to the student portal. See our Service Delivery Policy for details.

7. Deferral, transfer, cancellation & refunds

You may request a deferral, class transfer, package change, cancellation or refund. Each request is recorded, reviewed and answered in writing. See our Deferral & Refund Policy for conditions and timelines.

8. Personal data protection

We collect and process personal data in line with the Privacy Policy published on this website and with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

9. Obligations of the parties

• Clever Academy: deliver the agreed content, hours and quality; publish tuition transparently; issue valid payment records; protect student data; receive and handle complaints.
• Student/customer: provide accurate information; pay as agreed; attend classes and follow centre rules; respect copyright in our materials.

10. Complaints & disputes

Complaints are received by hotline 097 586 1994, email info@cleveracademy.vn, or in person at our campuses. See our Complaints page for the process and timelines.

Disputes are addressed first through discussion and conciliation; if unresolved, they are referred to the competent court in Vietnam under Vietnamese law.
