Payment Policy

1. Payment methods

• Cash: at the cashier desk at any Clever Academy campus.
• Bank transfer: to the Clever Academy account provided at enrolment.
• Cards: domestic debit cards, and international debit and credit cards issued by banks in Vietnam.
• 0% instalments: credit card holders of partner banks may use our education support programme — 0% instalments, subject to the bank partnership terms in force at the time.

2. Currency & tax

• All tuition is quoted and paid in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
• Published tuition includes value-added tax as required by law.
• We issue VAT invoices on request — please provide your invoicing details at the time of payment.

3. When payment is due

Tuition is payable once both parties have agreed the course content, hours and fee in writing. Classes are scheduled and begin once payment is confirmed as agreed.

For longer courses, payment by instalments can be arranged. The amounts and dates are stated in the training agreement.

4. Confirmation & records

• Every payment is recorded in our system with a corresponding receipt or payment record.
• You can view your payment history and records in the student portal.
• For bank transfers, please use the exact reference we give you so we can match your payment quickly.
• If you have not received confirmation within 24 working hours of a transfer, please contact us and we will trace it.

5. Payment security

• We do not store card numbers, PINs or banking passwords. Card payments are processed through licensed banks and payment providers.
• Our staff will never ask you for a password, OTP or card security code, in any circumstances.
• Only transfer to an account held in Clever Academy’s registered company name. If you receive account details from an unofficial source, please call our hotline to verify before transferring.

Beware of fraud: you can always verify our tuition account details by calling our official hotline before you transfer money.

6. Refunds

Where a refund applies, it is handled under our Deferral & Refund Policy. Refunds are paid to the person who made the payment, using the original payment channel where possible.
