Service Delivery Policy

1. How services are delivered

Clever Academy provides training and advisory services — no physical goods are shipped. You receive our services in one of these ways:

• On campus: Hanoi Campus and Saigon Campus.
• Online, through the Clever Academy learning platform.
• A combination of both, as agreed with you.

2. When your course starts

1. A free placement assessment establishes your level and the hours you need.
2. Both parties confirm the course content, hours, tuition and study mode in writing.
3. You pay as agreed and we confirm receipt.
4. We assign a suitable teacher and agree your schedule.
5. We issue your student portal account and your first session runs on the agreed schedule.

One-to-one and on-demand classes start flexibly around your schedule — you do not have to wait for a fixed intake date.

3. Learning materials

• Materials for your course are included in the tuition.
• Digital materials are released in the student portal when your course begins; printed materials, where applicable, are handed over in class.
• Materials are for your personal study during the course only, in line with our Terms of Use.

4. Scheduling, rescheduling & cancellation

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel a one-to-one session so we can re-arrange your teacher’s schedule.
• A session cancelled without the notice above may be counted as used, because the teacher has reserved that time for you.
• If we need to change a session, we will tell you as early as possible and arrange a make-up session or a suitable replacement teacher at no extra cost.
• Your schedule, completed sessions and remaining hours are kept up to date in the student portal so both sides can track them.

5. Progress tracking & completion

• You and your parents can follow progress, attendance, mock test results and remaining hours in the student portal.
• Progress reports and teacher feedback are updated regularly during the course.
• On completion you receive a summary report as agreed.

6. If something goes wrong

If our service is not delivered as agreed, please contact us on 097 586 1994 or at info@cleveracademy.vn. We will handle it through the process on our Complaints page.
