The website cleveracademy.vn is owned and operated by Công Ty Cổ Phần Học Thuật Thông Minh ("Clever Academy", "we", "us"). By accessing the website, using our online tools, submitting a form or enrolling in a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

2. Our services

Clever Academy provides standardised test preparation (SAT, ACT, SSAT, IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, GMAT, GRE, LSAT, CFA, NCLEX and others), study-abroad advising, and free online learning tools.

The website presents our services, receives consultation requests and provides tuition information. Enrolment is only complete once both parties confirm the course content, number of hours and tuition, and payment has been made as agreed.

3. Accounts & student portal

• Enrolled students receive an account to access schedules, progress reports, learning materials and payment records.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website and used in our teaching — lessons, curricula, practice tests, materials, video, images, design, software, online tools and the Clever Academy brand — belongs to Clever Academy or to those who have licensed it to us.

Materials provided to students are for personal study during the course only. Official materials from testing organisations (College Board, ETS, GMAC, British Council, CFA Institute and others) remain subject to the copyright terms of those organisations.

Copying, recording, distributing, reselling or commercially exploiting our materials without our written consent is prohibited.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Copying, recording, sharing or reselling learning materials or lessons in any form.
• Having another person attend classes or sit assessments on your behalf, or cheating in any assessment or mock test.
• Providing false information when enrolling, paying or requesting support.
• Interfering with, probing, attacking, overloading or disrupting our website, student portal or systems.
• Using the website to distribute unlawful, abusive or harassing content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Online tools & reference content

Free tools on this website (mock tests, score converters, study-hour estimates, the AI advisor and similar) are provided for general guidance only.

Estimates of study hours and tuition are indicative. Final hours and tuition are confirmed after a placement assessment and are set out in writing before you pay.

7. Limitation of liability

• Learning outcomes and test scores depend on each student’s starting level, participation and effort. Except where a specific commitment is stated in writing in the training agreement, we do not guarantee a particular score.
• We are not responsible for admissions decisions, visa outcomes or the policies of schools, testing organisations and government authorities — these are matters for those bodies alone.
• The website may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.
