Clever Academy is seeking a responsible, organized Academic Coordinator to enhance the student experience by supporting all areas of academic operations and teacher management.
Responsibilities:
- Teacher recruitment activities, including placing adverts and scheduling auditions
- Organizing teacher availability and allocation of class assignments
- Coordination of teacher training and development program
- Teacher observations and teacher mentoring
- Training teachers to lead marketing events, and support success of events
- Teacher timesheets and general HR duties
- Work to constantly improve customer satisfaction with delivery of courses, tutoring and consulting
- Other work as needed to ensure smooth running of academic operations
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in an office environment
- Experience of supervising staff or coordinating a team an advantage
- Good problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
- Excellent time management, project management and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a diligent work ethic
- Computer literacy and familiarity with online technology, including the use of Google applications, CRM, LMS is an advantage
