Points expire at year end
Unused points expire on 31 December. We email you three reminders in December so nothing disappears quietly.
Up to 20% of an invoice
Points cover at most 20% of any single tuition invoice, so they extend your journey rather than replace it.
Minimum 10 points
Redeem from 10 points upward. 1 point = 1,000₫.
Personal to you
Points belong to the enrolled learner and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
Tuition payments only
Points are earned on tuition. Deposits, third-party collections and refunded transactions do not earn points.
Spending never demotes you
Your tier is based on points earned over your whole time with us - redeeming rewards never moves you down.

Do I need to register for CA Loyalty?
No. Every enrolled learner joins automatically from their first confirmed tuition payment.
How do I see my points?
Open the Student Portal at https://crm.cleveracademy.vn/portal - the Loyalty tab shows your balance, your tier, every transaction and the rewards you can claim right now.
How do I use points against tuition?
Tell your advisor you want to use points when you enrol. The discount is applied on the tuition sheet, up to 20% of the invoice.
What happens if a reward is out of stock?
Your points are returned in full and you get an email explaining why. You can spend them on anything else immediately.
Can I give my points to a friend or family member?
No - points are personal to the enrolled learner. If you want to support someone else, a tuition voucher is the right tool.
Do points expire?
Yes, on 31 December each year. We send reminders on 1, 20 and 29 December so you have time to use them.
