The International Test of English Proficiency or iTEP is a language assessment tool that measures the English skills of non-native English speakers. The test is supported by more than 600 institutions including the California State University system. The test is available in more than 40 countries, and is also used by businesses, and governments such as Saudi Arabia, Colombia, and Mexico for large-scale initiatives. There are nearly 500 iTEP test centers worldwide, with over 100 in China.

iTEP levels range from 0 (Beginner) to 6 (Mastery) and are expressed in .1 increments (e.g. 2.1, 2.3, etc.). iTEP is accepted for admissions by a rapidly increasing number of schools. iTEP schools are located all across the US and in many other countries. There is a wide variety among the schools that accept iTEP. Some of the top schools in the US accept iTEP, as well as many fantastic community colleges. You can take the iTEP Academic, iTEP SLATE, iTEP Business at Clever Academy. You will receive your official test score report from Clever Academy 3 business days after you take the test. You can also request Clever Academy to send your result directly to the schools you apply without any additional cost. iTEP test fee is also competitive in comparison to other tests, which only costs 119$ for each time you take the test. Your test day will be scheduled within 1 business day from the date of registration and fee payment at Clever Academy.
