Điểm SAT đầu vào các Trường Đại học Mỹ năm 2022

SAT scores for admission to U.S. universities in 2022 are in the range of 1200-1350. SAT scores are one of the main criteria for selecting college applicants. So, a candidate willing to enroll himself must aim for an SAT score of 1500-1600.

SAT benchmarks for top U.S. colleges have high scores. In addition to SAT scores, colleges also consider other variables such as; athletics & arts, service & social justice, essay & personal statement. A consistent SAT score shows that an applicant can live up to the academic accuracy of the school. Overall, top colleges have high SAT scores.

What are the SAT scores for admission to U.S. universities in 2022?

SAT scores are considered the score range that determines whether an applicant is eligible to apply to a particular college. The minimum passing SAT score as set forth by the college admissions committee is 400. However, there aren’t any definite SAT scores for admission or scholarships. Furthermore, the SAT score threshold varies according to the college and course that test takers want to take.

However, each school has its own rules about the SAT for applicants. Work hard enough to reach the minimum threshold of 1200-1350 SAT if you want to apply to universities in the US. This will assist candidates in achieving SAT scores in the 75-90th percentile, which corresponds to a score higher than 75% to 90% of the remaining students taking the SAT for that period.

What are the benefits of good SAT scores?

With good SAT scores, applicants can apply for scholarships based on SAT scores. There are many scholarships that are established exclusively based on SAT scores. There are several SAT-accepting colleges in the US that offer automatic scholarships based on SAT Scores. In addition, academic achievements such as high GPA and exceptional academic record will give you additional ‘perks’.

SAT component scores – what is good?

It’s complicated to determine what a good SAT score is, as it varies from college to college. Here is the predicted average SAT admission score for each test section, as presented by the College Board:

    Section Average Score for Acceptance
Composite Score (Without Essay) Above 1400
    Maths Above 530
Evidence-Based Reading and Writing Section Above 500

Candidates who wish to apply to top universities globally are required to have at least 1200 SAT scores. Top U.S. universities like Harvard University, Yale University, MIT, University of Pennsylvania accept SAT scores of 1500. Moreover, getting above 680 in Math section while getting above 600 in Reading and Writing section. Candidates should note that a good SAT score does not guarantee admission to a university. They must have a good academic background and meet the university’s specific course requirements to be considered for admission.

Admission SAT Scores of U.S. Universities

Harvard doesn’t require official SAT scores, they really want to be at least 1460 for a chance to get an offer. The revised 25th percentile Harvard SAT score is 1460, while the 75th percentile is 1580. In other words, 1460 puts you below the average for getting a Harvard offer, while 1580 will put you above the average. jar.
