What you will do
Clever Academy is hiring CFA® instructors for Level I, II and III prep classes in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and online.
What sets us apart from most test-prep centres: everyone who teaches has sat the exam and passed. Our CFA teachers have cleared the levels they teach — nobody here teaches from theory alone. If you have completed the CFA journey and want to teach seriously, this is the place to do it.
What you will do
- Teach CFA prep in personalised formats: one-to-one or small groups, in person or online.
- Run placement assessments, break each level's roughly 300 study hours into weekly plans that fit learners' work schedules, and track progress.
- Teach to the current CFA Institute curriculum and topic weights; review mock exams and diagnose mistakes by topic (Ethics, Quantitative Methods, FSA, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Portfolio Management…).
- For Level III: coach constructed-response (essay) answers and prepare learners for their chosen pathway.
- Contribute to our syllabus, question bank and expert articles for Clever Academy's CFA community.

What we look for
- To teach CFA Level I: Passed CFA Level I.
- To teach CFA Level II: Passed CFA Level II.
- To teach CFA Level III: Passed CFA Level III or a CFA Charterholder.
- Solid grasp of the current curriculum - the CFA Program is updated every year and Level III has had separate pathways since 2025; teaching from old material misleads learners.
- Experience in investment analysis, asset management, banking, audit or corporate finance is a plus.
- Able to teach clearly in both Vietnamese and English — explaining why an option is wrong, not just which one is right.
- Full-time and part-time both welcome; Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City or online.
- Please attach proof of your CFA result (result letter from CFA Institute or charterholder profile) - applications without it will not be reviewed.
